Oh Minnesota... It's looking like Rochester will set the record this weekend for the snowiest year ever. 4-9 inches of snow is predicted across southeast Minnesota starting Saturday morning. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for our area and says travel will be difficult. See their statement below:

A Winter Storm Watch means there is potential for significant snow, sleet or ice accumulations that may impact travel. Continue to monitor the latest forecasts.

Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 9 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph.
WHERE
Portions of southwest and west central Wisconsin, northeast Iowa, and southeast Minnesota.
WHEN
From Saturday morning through Saturday evening.
