Soil Borings Will Create Traffic Delays
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Beginning Monday, motorists can expect delays while traveling along Viola Road Northeast in Rochester.
The Olmsted County Public Works Department says crews will be performing soil and roadway borings for a future project that will intermittently restrict traffic to a single lane between 11th Avenue and Northern Valley Drive between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. through Wednesday. Flag persons will be on site to direct and control traffic in the affected area.
The county is currently planning for significant upgrades to Viola Road in 2019.
