Well, I was just getting used to the gorgeous weather we have been having here in Southeast Minnesota. Not only are temperatures expected to reach near 60 degrees today and tomorrow, the sun is expected to be shining bright, too!

That is all going down the drain come Thursday night and stay with us until Friday night.

There is potential for rain on Thursday night, while Friday's forecast has rain, wind, snow, wintry mix and all of that other stuff that makes travel so difficult.

According to the National Weather Service, we could see heavy snow in the amount of 8-10 inches this weekend. That is very uncertain though, as the say we are too far to track the storm and have a good prediction. Over the next few days, we should have a better look at what is coming our way.

If you do have travel plans this weekend, plan ahead, and use caution.

We will have the latest for you on 103.1 True Country KFIL and right here at kfilradio.com.
