Yes. Yes. Yes.

Lawmakers are thinking about it, and hopefully the jump on the opportunity! According to a story from KSTP in the cities, Minnesota Lawmakers are prepared to extend bar hours until 4:00 a.m! Too bad the law will only pass for Hennepin and Ramsey counties:

"A Senate committee heard a bill Tuesday to allow liquor license holders in Hennepin and Ramsey counties apply to stay open until 4 a.m. during Super Bowl weekend"

Lawmakers pushed it back to later date, and will vote on it with the inclusion of a bigger liquor bill.

Minneapolis is hosting the Super Bowl in 2018 at U.S Bank Stadium, which just opened last year. This will allow the bars to stay open an extra two-hours over the weekend!

How do we get this to Southeast Minnesota? That is the real question. I know they probably don't want a bunch of people out and about all over the state, but why just give two counties all the fun? I'm just saying!
