The 4th annual Snow Bomb Fat Bike Race is coming to Winona this Saturday, February 11th. Not sure what a fat bike is? Well, come check out what you've been missing! Fat bikes have wider tires than regular racing mountain bikes, and the huge tires make going over most types of terrain possible. Snow is the perfect place to test these bikes this weekend.

Already interested in competing or watching? There are two types of races in the Snow Bomb Bike Race! It will consist of 2-hour (Endurance) and 1-hour (Sprint) Criterium-style races on the Holzinger trails. Fat bikes are encouraged due to the way the Holzinger Trail System is groomed for wide, fat bike tires. It should be a wildly fun time!

If you're not interested in biking the race, there will be the continuation of a chili cook-off! Bring your entry or come enjoy some chili and vote on your favorite!

Join the fun at Hozinger Lodge on Saturday! Register on Active.com ($25), or on race day ($35) beginning at 10 AM; registration ends 30 minutes prior to the race start.
