Whoooo’s Going to Houston’s Owl-O-Ween Event?

The owls are hootin' in Houston!  Saturday October 29, the International Owl Center will be hosting an Owl-O-Ween event featuring owls, owls and more owls!  The Raptor Education Group will be bringing several species of owls including an albino Barred owl for live programs.  A total of eight different species will be on display!

Participants can also dissect an owl pellet, build an owl next box, make owl crafts and watch demonstrations of apples being pressed into cider!  Spend some time at the "spooked out" Natural Playground.  Events will take place at the International Owl Center, Houston Community Center, Houston Nature Center and Trailhead Park in Houston.  For more information, visit www.internationalowlcenter.org.
