The Caledonia Warriors scored seven runs in the third inning to sweep the Fillmore Central/Lanesboro Falcons Saturday afternoon.

The Warriors got a good start from Riley Cordes, and then Tate Miners came in to finish things off for Caledonia. The Warriors scored all seven on their runs in the third, getting RBI hits from Payton Schott, Casey Storlie, Andrew Gorgen, Evan Denstad and Jordan Burg.

Eric Augedahl also had a great game, going 2-for-2 with two doubles, a run scored and made a fantastic catch, leaping over the fence in foul territory.

The Falcons struggled to get guys on the bases until the fourth when they scored their lone run in the 7-1 defeat. Nate Haugerud reached on an error, and then eventually came around to score.
