Winona, MN (KROC AM News) - A section of Highway 14 in Winona has re-opened.

The regional Minnesota Department of Transportation office reported Monday morning that motorists in the Winona area were affected by a traffic incident.

MnDOT says the Minnesota State Patrol and local law enforcement officials are investigating a pedestrian/vehicle incident that happened around 7:00 AM near Knopp Valley Drive and Highway 14.

This led to the closure of Highway 14 between Seminary Dr and Winona County Highway 21. The detour was lifted around 10:00 AM.
