Rochester Police Notification About 2 Level 3 Sex Offenders

Rochester Police are notifying the public about the release of two Level 3 sex offenders into the community on Monday.

30-year-old Reynoldo Camacho is being discharged from the Rush City State Prison and has indicated he will be making his home in Rochester on the county’s campus next to the Federal Medical Center. Camacho has a history of sex offenses involving young in both Minnesota and Texas. He had previously been released into the community, but was sent back to prison last year for probation violations.

The other Level 3 offender being released into the community is also being discharged from the Rush City prison. 48-year-old Allen Lee Lloyd has indicated he will be living in the 1400 block of 4th Avenue Southeast. He also has a criminal history of sex offenses involving young girls and was originally sentenced to probation in 2009 , but ended up being sent to prison for violating his probation.
