It always feels good walking away from a garage sale or sports memorabilia show knowing you got a deal on your find. That's how my friend Tom felt a few years when he came away from a sports memorabilia show in Mason City with a 1980's Owatonna state baseball tournament signed baseball, some baseball player buttons, and an odd official looking Minnesota Twins bobblehead. It's time to hopefully reunite that bobblehead with its rightful owner or family.

The dealer was from St. Peter according to Tom, and a reputable guy. The dealer told Tom he had purchased the items at a storage auction in Owatonna, thus the Owatonna items mixed in with the buttons and bobblehead. Here's the bobblehead in question:

It's not known if those items in the storage locker were stolen, we certainly hope not, but as time has passed by Tom is looking to find the original owner of the custom bobblehead. If you know a Jack Amundson, that was or is a rabid Minnesota Twins fan and could have had perhaps his own bobblehead made get in touch with me and I'll connect you with my friend Tom.

It's about good karma, feel free to pass this along and see if we can't bring this bobble back to where it belongs.
