Can confirm this, Hayfield AD Chris Pack says they're unsure if the Vikings next game (Oct 13) vs Rushford-Peterson will be played as well https://t.co/cUYhh0B3Jp

As you have seen that Tehan reported, Hayfield may have to forfeit their following game on Oct. 13 against Rushford-Peterson. It is very unfortunate for the Vikings to have to do this, but with low numbers and a lot of injuries will do that too you.
The Vikings’ head coach Adam Schroeder told the Austin Daily Herald that he plans to play against the Trojans.
“We’re going to do the best to put a team on the field, but we don’t have enough kids to play a game right now,” Schroeder said. “Right now the plan is to play against Rushford-Peterson.”
It is very tough, especially because you do not want to run players on to the field that are in 8th or 9th grade that are not ready to play on the varsity level. Hopefully, the Vikings are able to recover from their injuries and put a solid team on the field.
