We're barely three days into the new year, and we've got our first shopping crisis.

If you hit up Forever 21 for some new clothes to stuff under the tree, or to update your own wardrobe, your credit card might have been compromised because there's a chance your credit/debit card information has been stolen.

According to GO MN, there was a seven month breach that began back in April and lasted until November when the company finally discovered it. So far the company isn't saying which stores have been affected yet, so there's that small chance that it could involve our own store here in Rochester.

All payment card data, including the card number, expiration date, and an "internal verification code were all taken. However, here's a bit of good news: This only pertains to in-store purchases – any online purchases were not affected.

In other alarming news, 117 people were arrested for DWI over New Year's Eve. The arrests occurred between 6 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. Monday.
