Just yesterday we got our first look at The LEGO Batman Movie via a batch of new images featuring the mini-caped crusader voiced by Will Arnett, reprising his role from The LEGO Movie. First Look at ‘The Force Awakens’ C-3PO Prequel Comic That Explains His Red Arm
Not long ago we learned that Disney and Marvel had plans for a C-3PO prequel comic that would explain how the endearing droid got that red arm in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Episode VIII doesn’t arrive until 2017, so if you can’t wait that long to find out why C-3PO has a weird new appendage, Star Wars Special: C-3PO #1 has your answer. And although this first look at the upcoming comic doesn’t really shed any light on the matter, it does give you a nice sneak peek.
Michael B. Jordan to Star in ‘The Thomas Crown Affair’ Remake
If you read that headline and thought, “wait, didn’t they already remake The Thomas Crown Affair back in 1999?” — don’t worry, your brain isn’t giving in to old age just yet. MGM is developing another remake of the 1968 classic, this time with Michael B. Jordan in the leading role, and this is where we begin crossing our fingers for a Creed reunion with Tessa Thompson.

Lucky for you, Netflix isn't letting too many titles expire in March, and we even have a few alternatives to recommend.
Original ‘Star Wars’ Print Is Discovered and Restored by Anonymous Group
Back in 1997, George Lucas re-released the original Star Wars trilogy in digitally altered “special editions,” and asserted that these were the only “true” editions of the classic films. The original, unaltered versions became rare — you can find them on VHS, and they are included on a DVD release (though the transfer is poor), and there are some original 35mm prints floating around, but fans have been desperate for Lucasfilm to restore and re-release the unaltered versions on Blu-ray. While we wait for something that may never come, one anonymous group has uncovered an original 35mm print and cleaned it up.

‘Sing’ Trailer: Matthew McConaughey Is a Koala Looking for the Next Music Superstar
The first trailer for Sing has arrived, and it’s filled with stuff you’ll recognize (and probably like): Cute animated animals, the smooth voice of Matthew McConaughey, hit pop songs, music competitions and…that laughably terrible “Butterfly” song that people sometimes put on at parties as an endurance test for their friends (note: these are not good people).
Yes, That ‘MacGyver’ Movie Is Also Still in Development
This week CBS announced plans for a MacGyver reboot TV show, featuring a younger version of the character portrayed by Richard Dean Anderson on the classic series. James Wan — who was previously attached to direct a MacGyver film — will direct the pilot, but just in case that doesn’t work out, Lionsgate has announced that they’re (still) developing a MacGyver movie.
